Cookie Policy

This page explains how Lexmed uses cookies and similar technologies on this website.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage, which works in the same way and is covered by this policy. They help the site work properly and can be used to remember your preferences or understand how visitors use the site.

Your Choice

Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot work without them. Analytics cookies are only set after you select "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you select "Essential only", no analytics cookies are placed. You can change your mind at any time using the button below.

Cookie names and durations are set by the third parties concerned and may change. We do not use marketing, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell any data collected through cookies.

Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website — for example which pages are viewed and whether an enquiry is submitted. IP addresses are anonymised and we do not use analytics data to identify individuals. Google acts as our processor for this purpose and may transfer data outside the UK under approved safeguards (see our Privacy Policy). More information is available in Google's Privacy Policy.

Spam Protection

Our enquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may set cookies and collect device and usage information to distinguish genuine enquiries from automated spam. We rely on this as strictly necessary for the security of our site and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. It is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Managing Cookies

As well as the control above, most web browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings. You can usually block or delete cookies, although this may affect how the website works. Guidance for common browsers is available from their help pages.

If you have any questions about our use of cookies, email us at info@lexmed.co.uk.

Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Last updated: 30 July 2026.
