Mr Naqvi graduated from Imperial College London with distinction in Clinical Practice, having also completed a BSc in Medical Science with Management. He subsequently undertook higher surgical training in the North West Thames Deanery before completing an internationally renowned Post-CCT Lower Limb Arthroplasty Fellowship at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto, Canada. His specialist training has equipped him with extensive expertise in complex hip and knee reconstruction, revision arthroplasty and enhanced recovery pathways.

Alongside his clinical practice, Mr Naqvi is an active researcher and educator. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, presented his work at national and international conferences, and serves as a reviewer for leading orthopaedic journals. He is also the Orthopaedic Course Content Lead and Co-Lead for Trauma and Orthopaedic teaching at Brunel Medical School, where he is passionate about training the next generation of surgeons.

Mr Naqvi has played a leading role in developing innovative same-day joint replacement pathways at Hillingdon Hospitals, helping suitable patients return home safely on the day of surgery. This multidisciplinary initiative aims to improve patient recovery, enhance the overall patient experience and increase NHS capacity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and clinical outcomes.

His practice is underpinned by a commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, education and continuous quality improvement, with the goal of delivering world-class orthopaedic care and improving outcomes for every patient he treats.

Mr Naqvi has a growing medicolegal practice. He accepts instructions directly from solicitors and through specialist agencies, providing expert opinion on breach of duty, causation, condition and prognosis in orthopaedic cases.
